Paula came for a one-to-one session with our 5-month-old puppy, Pippin. She was natural, relaxed and informative and Pippin responded really well to Paula’s attention and her positive reinforcement training methods. Paula tailored her session to Pippin’s needs which we found enormously helpful and supportive, and as there is a lot to take in for new dog owners, she gave us a written copy of the training techniques discussed later the same day. She wasted no time and we got through so much in the hour: it was really good value for money. We are now looking forward to the next step, putting the techniques Paula taught us into practice, and even after one day the results are shining through.
